Coaching for ADHD and Neurodivergent Adults

Virtual sessions available in the continental U.S. and Canada

Start Here: One Month of Coaching

Every new client begins with a trial month: four weekly one-hour coaching sessions conducted via Zoom.

This first month gives us time to clarify your coaching goal, establish a rhythm, and begin working toward meaningful change. It also gives you the opportunity to experience the coaching process firsthand and determine whether it feels like a good fit.

For most clients, the first month is just the beginning. ADHD doesn't go away and affects all areas of life. Unsurprisingly, meaningful change takes time and commitment.

Coaching is most effective when it happens consistently. Meeting weekly allows us to build momentum, learn from real-life experiences as they happen, and begin identifying the habits, routines, structure, and support that help you function at your best.

The investment for your first month is $440, paid in full before the first session.

If scheduling conflicts arise, we simply continue meeting until all four sessions are complete.

What we might work on together

Every coaching relationship is different, but common areas clients bring to coaching include:

  • Chronic procrastination and avoidance

  • Time management and follow-through

  • Reducing overwhelm and mental clutter

  • Emotional regulation and reactivity

  • Building habits and routines that actually stick

  • Managing competing responsibilities at work and home

  • Decision-making and prioritization

  • Navigating transitions and life changes

  • Relationship challenges related to ADHD

  • Managing the inner critic and rebuilding self-confidence

  • Learning when and how to ask for support

  • Creating more consistency and less chaos in daily life

The specific topic matters less than your willingness to engage with the process. Coaching begins with your goal and works from there.

Some clients work through a specific challenge and conclude after a few months. Others stay longer as they strengthen new patterns, pursue additional goals, or navigate major life transitions.

Coaching renews in four-session increments at $440 per cycle. At the end of each cycle, we'll decide together whether continuing makes sense.

ADHD is a disorder of converting intensions into actions."
