  • Your self-care needs and routines
  • Your boundaries
  • Your identities and their impact

Support

What does help that is actually helpful look like? What makes an environment supportive to you? Who are supportive people? Support comes in many forms including:

  • Supportive systems and routines
  • Supportive environments
  • Supportive people (your "team")
  • Collaboration
  • Delegation
  • Clarity about what isn't supportive

Education

Many ADHD and neurodivergent clients find that they benefit from accurate information in key areas. These often include:
